美味關係：Cold Salsa Pasta Recipe 莎莎醬義大利冷麵

The Recipe of Cold Salsa Pasta~ 

Tomato (chopped)	1	Salt	A little
Onion (chopped)	1/2	Sugar	A little
Garlic (crushed)	1 (spoon)	Black Pepper	A little
Coriander (chopped)	some	Ketchup	1 (spoon)
Lemon/lime Juice	1/2 ~ 1	Tabasco	A little
Olive oil (cold pressed)	1 (spoon)	Pasta	100g

1. Mix the crushed garlic, chopped onion, tomato and coriander.

2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, ketchup, salt, sugar and black pepper, then blend evenly.

3. Boil pasta in the salted boiled water 1 minute longer than the cooking instructions for the pasta.

4. Drain and cold down with ice, then drain it well again.

5. In the large bowl, and blend the pasta and salsa until evenly coated.

Options:

1. Add chili, Mexican chili or Tabasco.

2. Add some ketchup.

3. Salsa goes well with seafood (such as shrimp, squid…) and chicken breast.

4. Set in the reregister for a while before served.

5. Too busy to make the salsa? You can always find a fresh made salsa at Costco.

註：這裡為什麼會有"Feet 腳"這個答案呢? 

         因為外國人形容味道很噁心的時候，有時候會說：It tastes like feet.

B: Yes, I like to eat…    (No, I don’t like to eat… )

A: Why?    (Why not?)

B: Because it tastes …    (Because it tastes like … )
